摘 要:为探究不同氮磷配施处理对云南松(Pinus yunnanensis Franch.)幼苗地上部分生长的影响,从幼苗生长量、生物量、养分方面进行研究,筛选最适云南松幼苗生长的氮磷配施质量比。以90 d云南松幼苗为试验材料,进行氮、磷根系追肥配施试验,比较1年生云南松幼苗在不同氮、磷施用水平时生长量、生物量、养分变化。结果表明:氮磷配施能提高云南松幼苗的生长量及生物量,尤其对苗高、地径、茎生物量方面的促进最为明显。当氮、磷施用量分别为0.2、0.4 g·株^(-1)时,幼苗生长效果最优。1年生云南松苗木适宜的氮用量为0.06~0.26 g·株^(-1),磷为0.26~0.60 g·株^(-1),适宜氮磷配比为1.0∶1.5~1.0∶4.6。合理的氮磷配施可以有效促进云南松幼苗营养生长和体内养分积累,提高苗木质量。To investigate the effects of different nitrogen-phosphorus co-application treatments on the aboveground growth of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings,a study was conducted focusing on seedling growth,biomass,and nutrient aspects.The aim was to identify the optimal nitrogen-phosphorus application rate for the growth of P.yunnanensis seedlings.Using 90-day-old P.yunnanensis seedlings as experimental materials,a nitrogen and phosphorus root fertilization trial was conducted to compare the growth,biomass,and nutrient changes of 1-year-old P.yunnanensis seedlings at different nitrogen and phosphorus application levels.The results showed that nitrogen-phosphorus co-application can enhance the growth and biomass of P.yunnanensis seedlings,particularly promoting the increase in seedling height,basal diameter,and stem biomass.The optimal growth effect was observed when nitrogen and phosphorus application rates were 0.2 and 0.4 g per plant,respectively.The suitable nitrogen application rate for 1-year-old P.yunnanensis seedlings ranged from 0.06 to 0.26 g per plant,while phosphorus application rate ranged from 0.26 to 0.60 g per plant,with an appropriate nitrogen-phosphorus ratio of 1.0∶1.5 to 1.0∶4.6.Proper nitrogen-phosphorus co-application can effectively promote the nutritional growth and nutrient accumulation in P.yunnanensis seedlings,thus improving the quality of the seedlings.
