摘 要:以黑龙江省庆安县庆安国有林场管理局新青山林场杨桦次生林为对象,采用林木现场取样及室内化学分析的方法,探究抚育间伐对山杨(Populus davidiana)林木和白桦(Betula platyphylla)林木非结构性碳水化合物(NSC)质量分数及碳、氮、磷生态化学计量特征的影响。结果表明:山杨林木枝、干、根的NSC、可溶性糖、淀粉质量分数及w(可溶性糖)∶w(淀粉)显著高于白桦的。山杨枝的P质量分数、根的C及P质量分数显著高于白桦的,叶的N及P质量分数、枝的N质量分数、干的C及N质量分数显著低于白桦的。抚育间伐对山杨林木叶、枝、根及白桦林木叶、枝的NSC及其组分质量分数影响显著。间伐后,山杨林木叶、枝的淀粉质量分数分别增加了11.64%、9.72%,根的NSC、可溶性糖、淀粉质量分数分别降低20.30%、20.33%、20.24%;白桦林木叶的NSC、可溶性糖、淀粉质量分数分别增加32.03%、41.50%、15.91%,枝的NSC、可溶性糖、淀粉质量分数分别降低13.20%、12.21%、16.03%。抚育间伐可显著改变山杨及白桦林木的N、P质量分数。间伐后,山杨林木枝的N及P质量分数分别增加12.53%、12.91%;白桦林木叶的N及P质量分数分别降低8.62%、12.28%。抚育间伐改变了山杨林木的NSC质量分数及白桦林木的NSC及C质量分数在各器官中的分配格局。The effects of tending thinning on the content of non-structural carbohydrate(NSC)and ecological stoichiometry of carbon(C),nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)in Populus davidiana and Betula platyphylla trees were studied by field sampling and indoor chemical analysis in the poplar-birch secondary forest at Xinqingshan Forest Farm,Qingan County,Heilongjiang Province.The results showed that the NSC,soluble sugar,starch contents and the ratio of soluble sugar to starch,in the branches,stems and roots of P.davidiana were significantly higher than those of B.platyphylla.The P content in branches and C and P contents in roots of P.davidiana were also significantly higher than that of B.platyphylla,while the N and P contents in leaves,N in branches,and C and N in the stems were significantly lower than that of B.platyphylla.The NSC content in leaves,branches,and roots of P.davidiana trees,as well as in the leaves and branches of B.platyphylla trees,were significantly affected by tending thinning.Following thinning,starch contents increased in P.davidiana leaves and branches by 11.64%and 9.72%,respectively,while the NSC,soluble sugar,and starch contents decreased in the roots by 20.30%,20.33%,and 20.24%,respectively.Conversely,in B.platyphylla,NSC,soluble sugar,and starch contents increased in leaves by 32.03%,41.50%,and 15.91%,respectively,but decreased in branches by 13.20%,12.21%,and 16.03%,respectively.Tending thinning also significantly altered the N and P contents in both species.Following thinning,N and P contents increased in P.davidiana branches by 12.53%and 12.91%,respectively,while decreasing in B.platyphylla leaves by 8.62%and 12.28%,respectively.The allocation pattern of NSC contents in P.davidiana trees,as well as NSC and C contents in B.platyphylla trees among different organs,was also modified by tending thinning.
