摘 要:以侧风木材干燥窑为研究对象,应用计算流体动力学理论对窑内干燥介质的三维流场运动轨迹进行数值建模及流场分析,根据现状方案的模拟结果提出6项不同结构参数优化方案,依照方案评价指标将优化方案与现状方案进行对比评估,分析不同窑体结构参数对流场特性的影响、遴选侧风木材干燥窑内部流场分布均匀性的优化方案。结果表明:当均风口数量为4、左侧壁面倾角为7.125°时,窑内材堆干燥区流场均匀性最佳;优化方案组2 a,比现状方案的速度不均匀系数降低了17.84%、风速差值降低了41.37%。研究结果可为侧风木材干燥窑的结构参数设计及流场优化提供参考。Using crosswind wood drying kiln as the research subject,computational fluid dynamics theory is applied to numerically model and analyze the three-dimensional flow field trajectories of the drying medium inside the kiln.Based on the simulation results of the current scheme,six different structural parameter optimization schemes were proposed.Evaluation index were used to compare and assess the optimization schemes against the current scheme.The influence of different kiln structural parameters on flow field characteristics was analyzed to select an optimized scheme for achieving uniform flow field distribution inside the crosswind wood drying kiln.The results showed that the optimal uniformity of the flow field in the drying area of the wood pile inside the kiln is achieved when the number of average tuyere is 4 and the inclination angle of the left sidewall is 7.125°.In optimization scheme group 2 a,the velocity non-uniformity coefficient decreased by 17.84%and the wind speed difference decreased by 41.37%compared to the current scheme.The research findings can provide reference for the design of structural parameters and flow field optimization of crosswind wood drying kilns.
