摘　　要：本文概述了传统的皮革制造企业物流模式,并对其存在的局限性和问题进行了深入剖析。在此基础上,强调了市场对皮革制造企业物流模式的需求。为了更好地满足市场需求,详细讨论了现代物流模式的发展趋势,提出了皮革制造企业未来改进物流模式的对策建议,以应对未来的挑战。In this paper,the traditional logistics mode of leather manufacturing enterprises was summarized,and its limitations and problems were deeply analyzed.On this basis,the market demand for logistics mode of leather manufacturing enterprises was emphasized.In order to better meet the market demand,the development trend of mod⁃ern logistics mode was discussed in detail.Accordingly,the paper put forward some suggestions to improve the logis⁃tics mode of leather manufacturing enterprises in order to meet the challenges in the future.
