鞋用自动折边机多用途改造过程研究

摘　　要：刷胶、帮片折边、帮片反包边是制鞋生产过程中常见的工序。刷胶主要是为了固定帮片位置,便于粘合与缝制;折边和反包边工艺主要是为了部件边缘更加美观。刷胶工序主要采用手工和过胶机设备来完成操作;帮片折边主要采用手工折边或使用自动上胶折边机折边;反包边目前以手工反包边为主。本文以自动上胶折边机器为研究对象,分析3种工艺的共性和差异。通过对自动上胶折边机相关部件的改造,达到一个机器加工3道工序的目的,实现了缝帮设备的多用途使用,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。The cementing,vamp folding and vamp flanging are the familiar procedure for the shoes production process.Cementing is used mainly to fix the position of the vamp,and it is convenient for glue and sewing.We will make the edge of vamp more beautiful with vamp folding and vamp flanging.At present,the brushing process mainly uses manual and gluing machine equipment to complete the operation,the vamp folding uses manual and folding ma⁃chine,manual also is the main way for vamp flanging.This paper took automatic thermo-cementing and folding ma⁃chine as the research object,analyzed the commonness and difference of the three processes.It provided a practical i⁃dea for multipurpose use of sewing machine,could improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
