摘 要:本文以没有弹性体的鞋带为测试材料,进行干、湿试样鞋带扯断力测量不确定度评定,分析了重复性测量、制样过程、电脑拉力机、数值修约4个分量对测试结果的影响。结果表明,干样鞋带扯断力为514 N时,扩展不确定度为14 N(k=2);湿样鞋带扯断力为612 N时,扩展不确定度为20 N(k=2)。其中,电脑拉力机和重复性测量的不确定度分量对合成不确定度的贡献较大,其次是制样过程和数值修约。Taking the shoelace without elastomer as the test material,the evaluation of the measurement uncertainty of the shoelace-breaking force of dry and wet samples was carried out,and the influence of four compo⁃nents of repeatability measurement,sample preparation process,computer tensile machine and rounding off of num⁃berical value on the test results was analyzed in this paper.The results show that the dry-sample shoelace-breaking force is 514 N,the expansion uncertainty is 14 N(k=2),the wet-sample s shoelace-breaking force is 612 N,and the expansion uncertainty is 20 N(k=2).Among them,the uncertainty components of computer tensile machine and repeatability measurement contributed more to the synthesis uncertainty,followed by sample preparation process and rounding off of numberical value.
