摘　　要：小儿慢性扁桃体炎为儿科常见病、多发病,病情反复,迁延难愈,反复发作易累及机体多脏器。宗“咽喉诸病皆属于火”之说,张伯礼教授采用标本兼治、治病求本的治疗原则,治以疏风解表、清热解毒、凉血消肿、养阴润燥之法,临床效果显著,体现中医药优势。Chronic tonsillitis in children is a common and frequently-occurring disease in pediatrics.Its repeated attacks can easily lead to the damage of multiple organs of the body.Adhering to the idea that“all throat diseases belong to fire”.Professor ZHANG Boli follows the principle of treating both symptoms and root causes,and seeking the root of the disease,adopts the treatment methods of dispelling wind and relieving surface,clearing heat and detoxification,cooling blood and detumescence,nourishing yin and moistening dryness.Professor ZHANG’s treatment of this disease has remarkable clinical effect,and reflects the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.
