存量更新下的绿色城市设计探微

摘  要:首先,文章梳理了城市设计的绿色化思想演进历程,提出绿色城市设计须适应城镇化下半场的新形势和新要求。其次,从研析绿色化存量更新的现状问题入手,回应以内涵提升、功能复合、软硬结合为切入点的存量更新下的绿色城市设计转型导向。进而,从价值创造、空间组织、技术工具与治理引导的维度提出塑造存量更新下的绿色城市设计逻辑,归纳出实施路径协同性、空间营造适应性、绿色技术集成性与运作治理操作性等关键议题。在此基础上,整合形成功能复合与紧凑布局、景观安全与气候适应、多元包容与人居健康、能效优化与资源循环、便捷出行与绿色交通、智慧管理与有机更新的核心策略体系。文章力求为存量更新下的绿色城市设计理论与实践革新提供思路参考。Firstly,this paper traces the evolutionary progression of green thinking in urban design,positing that green urban design must adapt to the new trends and demands of the latter half of urbanization.Secondly,by examining the current challenges of green retrofitting,it responds to the transformational orientation of green urban design in the context of stock updates,focusing on enhancing connotation,functional complexity,and the integration of soft and hard solutions.Thereafter,it proposes the logic for shaping green urban design during stock updates from the perspectives of value creation,spatial organization,technological tools,and governance guidance,summarizing key issues such as the coordinated implementation pathways,adaptive spatial construction,integration of green technologies,and operational governance.On this foundation,a core strategic system is integrated,featuring functional complexity and compact layout,landscape safety and climate adaptability,diversity and inclusive living,energy efficiency and resource recycling,convenient travel and green transportation,intelligent management and organic renewal.This paper endeavors to provide conceptual reference for theoretical and practical innovations in green urban design amid stock updates.
