摘　　要：内饰地板作为轨道交通车辆上常见的一类复合材料,其防火性能在整车防火性能中起着重要作用。文章基于EN 45545-2:2020标准,通过对不同材料、不同型号、不同组合的内饰地板进行制样和测试,研究内饰地板的防火性能及其变化规律。结果表明:绝大多数内饰地板能满足EN 45545-2:2020标准的HL2及以上的防火等级要求;面层材料对内饰地板的防火性能影响最大,但一定范围内的厚度变化对内饰地板防火性能的影响较小;底层材料对内饰地板的防火性能有一定影响,铝蜂窝地板厚度变化对内饰地板防火性能的影响较小,不影响整体的防火等级;中层材料常用环氧胶,但其量少而薄,因此使用不同品牌环氧胶的内饰地板防火性能差异不大,不影响整体的防火等级。As a common type of composite material on rail transit vehicles,the fireproof performance of interior floor plays an important role in the fireproof performance of the whole vehicle.Based on the EN 45545-2:2020 standard,this paper studies the fireproof performance and its variation law of interior floor by making samples and testing different materials,different models and different combinations of interior floor.The results show that most of the interior floor can meet the fire rating requirements of HL2 and above in EN 45545-2:2020 standard.The surface material has the greatest effect on the fireproof performance of interior floor,but the thickness change within a certain range has little effect on the fireproof performance of interior floor.The bottom material has a certain influence on the fireproof performance of interior floor.The thickness change of aluminum honeycomb floor has little effect on the fireproof performance of interior floor,and does not affect the overall fire rating.Epoxy adhesive is commonly used in the middle material,but it is low and thin,so there is little difference in the fireproof performance of interior floor using different brands of epoxy adhesive,which does not affect the overall fire rating.
