摘 要:为了分析大功率电力机车牵引电机电流谐波和齿轮啮合噪声特性,文章对驱动系统噪声试验技术进行研究,搭建了满足驱动系统参数要求的噪声试验平台;运用声强法测试驱动系统噪声声功率级,采用阶次跟踪分析驱动系统噪声不同阶次特征,获取了大功率电力机车驱动系统噪声试验数据,为后续大功率电力机车噪声优化设计提供数据支撑。In order to analyze the characteristics of current harmonic and gear meshing noise of high-power electric locomotives,this paper studies the noise testing technology of the driving system.A noise test platform that meets the requirements of the driving system parameters is built.The sound intensity method is used to test the sound power level of the driving system noise.Different order characteristics of the driving system noise are analyzed using order tracking.The noise test data of the high-power electric locomotive driving system is obtained,providing data support for the subsequent optimization design of high-power electric locomotive noise.
