摘 要:采用静态浸泡和动态搅拌法,研究了SDHA与DVA钢在650~800℃的ADC12铝液中的抗熔损性能。采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪,观察和分析了熔损后试样表面及截面形貌、物相组成,用质量损失法评定了试样的抗熔损性能,并探讨了这两种钢的熔损机制。结果表明:在650~800℃,两种钢与熔融铝液反应均生成了Al_(8)Fe_(2)Si相,SDHA和DVA钢中Al_(8)Fe_(2)Si相的生长激活能分别为94.50和72.59 kJ/mol。因此,DVA钢中的Al_(8)Fe_(2)Si相更易形核长大。当熔损时间从10 min增加到30 min时,SDHA钢的质量损失率从3.9%增加到14.0%,DVA钢的质量损失率从4.2%增加到12.7%。随着熔损时间的延长,SDHA钢发生了晶间腐蚀,导致基体剥落,质量损失率增大。Melting-loss resistance of SDHA and DVA steels in molten aluminum of ADC12 at 650 to 800℃was studied by using static immersion and dynamic stirring methods.The surface and cross-section morphology,phase composition of the samples after melting-loss tests were observed and analyzed by using optical microscope,X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer,the melting-loss resistance of the samples was evaluated by mass-loss method,and the melting-loss mechanism of the two steels was explored.The results showed that both the two steels reacted with molten aluminum to form Al_(8)Fe_(2)Si phase at 650 to 800℃,the growth activation energies of Al_(8)Fe_(2)Si phase in SDHA and DVA steels were 94.50 and 72.59 kJ/mol,respectively.Therefore,the Al_(8)Fe_(2)Si phase in DVA steel was more prone to nucleate and grow.When the melting-loss time increased from 10 to 30 min,the mass-loss rate of SDHA steel increased from 3.9%to 14.0%,and the mass-loss rate of DVA steel increased from 4.2%to 12.7%.With the increase in melting-loss time,the intergranular corrosion occurred in SDHA steel,resulting in the peeling off of the matrix and increase in the mass-loss rate.
