摘 要:为了降低水淬开裂倾向,采用钢丝感应淬火-回火生产线对ϕ6.8 mm的60Si2Mn弹簧钢丝进行了910℃保温3 s,随后通过控制其线速度冷却至不同温度后水淬和520℃回火。采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、万能拉伸试验机和显微硬度计研究了淬火、回火后钢丝的显微组织、硬度和拉伸性能。结果表明:线速度为5 m/min时,钢丝的冷却时间为40.0 s,淬火、回火后其显微组织为珠光体、铁素体和少量回火托氏体;线速度为15~20 m/min时,冷却时间为13.3~10.0 s,淬火、回火后钢丝的显微组织为回火托氏体和少量残留奥氏体;随着线速度的降低,钢丝的冷却时间延长,淬火温度降低,抗拉强度从1 715 MPa降至1 318 MPa,硬度从526~532 HV0.1降至364~425 HV0.1。In order to reduce the tendency of its cracking during quenching in water,6.8-mm-diam 60Si2Mn spring steel wire was heated at 910℃for 3 s,then cooled to different temperatures by controlling its linear velocity and quenched in water and tempered at 520℃in an induction hardening and tempering production line for steel wire.After being quenched and tempered,the microstructure,hardness and tensile properties of the wire were investigated by means of metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,universal tensile testing machine and microhardness tester.The results showed that(a)when the linear velocity was 5 m/min,the wire was cooled for 40.0 s and exhibited microstructure consisting of pearlite,ferrite and a small amount of tempered troostite after quenching and tempering;(b)when the linear velocity was 15 to 20 m/min,the wire was cooled for 13.3 to 10.0 s and exhibited microstructure consisting of tempered troostite and a small amount of retained austenite after quenching and tempering;and(c)as the linear velocity was decreased,the cooling time increased,and the quenching temperature thereby reduced,the tensile strength decreased from 1715 to 1318 MPa,and the hardness decreased from 526-to-532 to 364-to-425 HV0.1.
