摘 要:研究了900℃终轧后在610和650℃卷取的含铬65Mn钢和常规65Mn钢卷材的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:与常规65Mn钢卷材相比,含铬65Mn钢卷材的珠光体和铁素体较细小,屈服强度和抗拉强度分别高10和15 MPa,内径约大20 mm;与610℃卷取的65Mn钢卷材相比,650℃卷取的65Mn钢卷材组织较粗大,屈服强度和抗拉强度分别低73和41 MPa,内径约大30 mm。Microstructure and mechanical properties of the coils of chromium-containing 65Mn steel and conventional 65Mn steel coiled at 610 and 650℃after finish rolling at 900℃were investigated.The results indicated that(a)the chromium-containing 65Mn steel coil exhibited fined pearlite and ferrite,and 10 MPa higher yield strength,15 MPa higher tensile strength and about 20 mm larger inside diameter as compared with those of the conventional 65Mn steel coil;and(b)the 65Mn steel coil coiled at 650℃had coarser structure,and 73 MPa lower yield strength,41 MPa lower tensile strength and about 30 mm larger inside diameter relative to those of the 65Mn steel coil coiled at 610℃.
