摘 要:详细探讨了建筑涂料标准用灰在外墙涂料耐沾污性中的应用。从标准灰的关键性技术指标着手,对其细度、烧失量和反射率值进行控制,并对其均匀性和稳定性控制进行了讨论。通过对2019年新的配置灰标准物质与2013年老版的配置灰标准物质进行耐沾污性对比试验,分析了合成树脂乳液外墙涂料与弹性建筑涂料两大类产品在耐沾污性能上的数据。结果显示,新版标准物质的耐沾污性测试反射系数下降率增加2%左右,对建筑涂料样品的耐沾污性能要求有所提高。This paper explored the application of standard ash for architectural coatings in stain resistance of exterior wall coatings.Starting from the key indicators of standard ash,it is necessary to control its fineness,loss on ignition,and reflectance value.And its uniformity and stability control were discussed.The stain resistance of the new 2019 version of configuration gray standard substance was compared with that of the old 2013 version of configuration gray standard substance.The data of stain resistance of synthetic resin lotion exterior wall coatings and elastic building coatings were analyzed.The result showed that reduction rate of reflection coefficient in the stain resistance test of the new version of standard materials increased by about 2%.The requirements for stain resistance of architectural coatings samples have been improved.
