摘 要:上海某在建市域铁路超大直径盾构穿越既有运营轨道交通线路时,盾构掘进前方突遇障碍物。在确保既有轨交正常运营的前提下,通过采取制作高黏度泥膜稳定开挖面、合理设定压力与液位等技术措施,克服埋深大、高水压、强渗透等不利条件,实现在已扰动地层中高水压出仓,完成障碍物清理,为以后类似工程施工提供了参考经验。When a super-large diameter shield tunneling machine was passing through an existing rail transit line in a city railway under construction in Shanghai,an obstacle was encountered in front of the shield.On the premise of ensuring the normal operation of the existing rail transit,technical measures are taken such as making high viscosity mud film to stabilize the excavation face and reasonably setting the pressure and liquid level to overcome the unfavorable conditions such as large buried depth,high water pressure and strong permeability,so as to realize high water pressure tunneling-out in the disturbed stratum and complete the obstacle clearance,which provides reference experience for similar engineering construction in the future.
