摘　　要：基于层次分析法AHP,提出了建设工程施工承包商合同履约评价体系和具体评价标准,包括6个一级指标、13项二级指标、21个三级指标,并结合上海临港实验室临港园区项目进行了验证。应用结果表明,施工承包商合同履约评价方法的评分标准有据可依、评分过程操作简单、评价结果客观公正,可为公共部门在政府投资项目中科学选择诚信可靠的施工承包商提供有效指引。Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),an evaluation system and specific evaluation criteria for assessing the contract performance of construction contractors are proposed,which include 6 primary indicators,13 secondary indicators and 21 tertiary indicators.This sytem are validated using the Shanghai Lingang Laboratory Lingang Park project.The application results show that the scoring criteria of the contract performance evaluation method are evidence-based,the scoring process is straightforward,and the evaluation results are objective and fair.It can provide effective guidance for public departments in scientifically selecting trustworthy and reliable construction contractors for government-invested projects.
