摘　　要：以林徽因在28岁时发表的《论中国建筑之几个特征》和《平郊建筑杂录》两篇文章作为依据,本文试图在跨文化的语境中揭示这位中国建筑美学的先驱者思想中若干“关键词”,即核心概念与近代欧美盛行的古典主义和浪漫主义建筑美学的关联。其旨有三:一是概括林的建筑美学思想的主要内容;二是通过她的思想探讨西方建筑美学话语对中国近代建筑美学概念体系建构的影响;三是透过她对维特鲁威和拉斯金这两位西方建筑美学代表人物思想概念的重新定义和质疑,揭示其美学理念所具有的中国立场。Based on the two articles that LIN Whei-Yin published at the age of 28,namely,Some Characteristics ofChinese Architecture and Miscellaneous Notes on Architecture of Suburban Beijing,this paper aims to uncover thekey concepts or “keywords” in the thinking of this pioneering Chinese scholar within a cross-cultural context, revealingtheir connections to the prevailing classicism and romanticism in European and American architectural aesthetics ofthe nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Its purpose is threefold:first,to summarize the main contents of LIN’sarchitectural aesthetic thinking;second, to explore how Western architectural aesthetic discourse influenced thedevelopment of Chinese architectural aesthetics;and third,to reveal the Chinese stance of LIN’s aesthetic thinkingas shown in her redefinition and questioning of the concepts or ideas of Vitruvius and John Ruskin,two representativefigures of Western architectural aesthetics.
