新型研究型大学特征研究——基于国内外六所新型研究型大学的分析

摘　　要：新型研究型大学具有鲜明的时代特征。梳理新型研究型大学发展历程,提出其在研究型大学基础上以知识生产模式变革为核心而演变的新的高级阶段。通过对比国内外六所新型研究型大学实践,结合我国国情,创新提出在众多特征中其隐形特征是新型研究型大学最根本、最核心的特征,概括为四个融合,即学校发展与国家战略及地方经济社会发展需求有机融合的高标准办学定位;基础研究与应用研究有机融合的创新生态文化;知识传授、科学研究、社会服务三者有机融合的拔尖创新人才培养模式;本土国情与国内外一流研究型大学成功办学经验有机融合的治理创新模式,通过对特征剖析以期促进中国新型研究型大学建设,对我国新型研究型大学发展提供启示和借鉴。There is an upsurge in the construction of new research universities in China in the new era.This paper summarizes the development process of the new-model research university and puts forward a new advanced stage of its evolution based on the research university with the transformation of knowledge production mode as the core.By comparing the practice of six new research universities at home and abroad and combining with China's national conditions,this paper proposes that the hidden feature is the most fundamental and core feature of the new research university,which can be summarized as four integration:the high standard of running a university with the organic integration of its development and the national strategy,the innovative ecological culture with the organic integration of basic and applied research,the top-notch innovative talent training model with the organic integration of knowledge imparting,scientific research and social service,and the innovative governance model of organic integration of local conditions and successful running experience of first-class research universities at home and abroad.Through the analysis of the characteristics,promote the construction of China's new-model research university,and provide inspiration and reference for the development of China's new-model research university.
