摘 要:普职融通是当代教育的热点议题。澳大利亚学校本位的学徒培训是为了补充技能短缺行业劳动力的需求,加强高中普职深度融合的需要以及在一系列政策法案的推动下产生。学校本位学徒培训项目在企业、学校、各类培训组织之间的协作下得以推进,有着相对明确的学徒选择标准;各主体之间分工明确,跨组织协作;基于工作岗位需求,将学术课程与职业课程相融合;在联邦政府资金支持的基础上,筹措多元渠道资金。借鉴澳大利亚学校本位学徒培训的发展经验,积极引导我国部分普通高中转型为综合性高中;推动制度创新保障项目的实施;多元资金筹措保障项目的可持续发展。General vocational accommodation is a hot topic in contemporary education.Australia's school-based apprenticeship training is to supplement the demand for skilled shortage industry labor,strengthen the need for deep integration of high school general vocational and driven by a series of policy acts.The school-based apprenticeship Training has been promoted through joint collaboration among enterprises,schools,and various training organizations,with relatively clear criteria for selecting apprentices;Clear division of labor and cross organizational collaboration among various entities;Combining academic courses with vocational courses based on job requirements;On the basis of federal government funding support,raise funds from multiple channels.Learn from the development experience of Australian school-based apprenticeship training,and actively guide some ordinary high schools in China to transform into comprehensive high schools;Promote the implementation of institutional innovation guarantee projects;Diversified financing guarantees the sustainable development of the project.
