摘　　要：从保护利用协同目标入手,对国外的文化遗产影响评估实践进行剖析,总结了广州市文评实践的主要特点,针对文化遗产影响评估工作面临的3大难点——与保护管理系统结合方式复杂、自我完善程度不足、其他力量支撑与保障不足,提出由文化遗产影响评估先予机制、触发机制与保障机制共同构成的本土化文化遗产影响评估嵌入机制。Starting with the collaborative goal of conservation and utilization,international Cultural Heritage Impact Assessments(CHIAs)practices are analyzed,and the main characters of CHIAs in Guangzhou are summarized.Addressing the three major difficulties of CHIAs:the integration of CHIAs with existing conservation and management systems,the improvement of CHIAs itself,and the support of other forces,a localized embedding mechanism for CHIAs including a prior mechanism,a triggering mechanism,and a guarantee mechanism,is proposed.
