摘　　要：文章以西部地区经济落后省份甘肃省为典型调研对象,分析了农业农村数字化转型过程中农户的实际信息能力水平和面临的现实困难.针对农户信息认知空间狭窄、信息效用空间逼仄、信息文化空间单一、信息空间总体静态低效等问题症结,提出持续加强政府信息“扶弱”、充分引入市场机制、引导和调动农户参与信息化建设的热情、构建立体化教培空间和加强数字化信息文化建设等举措建议.Taking Gansu Province as a typical investigation object,this paper analyzes the actual information ability level and practical difficulties faced by farmers in the process of agricultural and rural digital transformation.In view of the problems such as the narrow space of farmers' information cognition,the narrow space of information utility,the single space of information culture,and the overall static low efficiency of information space,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as continuously strengthening the government information to "support the weak",fully introducing the market mechanism,guiding and mobilizing the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the information construction,constructing the three-dimensional teaching and training space,and strengthening the construction of digital information culture.
