摘  要:在隧道、矿井等冻结场挖掘施工工程中,温度是非常重要的物理参数,对施工的安全和进度起着决定性作用。提出了一种基于nRF52832蓝牙芯片、STM32F429微控制器和单总线DS18B20温度传感器的冻结场多点无线测温系统。该系统以nRF52832芯片运行蓝牙5.0协议栈作为采集终端和仪表端网关的控制核心,以及STM32F429芯片作为仪表的核心控制端。每个测温终端搭载单总线DS18B20设备,与网关形成星型网络。网关负责通过串口传输采集终端数据至STM32F429,后者则负责测温仪表的任务调度和控制。经过测试,该测温系统展现了稳定可靠的温度数据采集,实现了便携式采集监测,并且具备超低功耗的特性。Temperature is a very important physical parameter in freezing field excavation engineering such as tunnel and mine,which plays a decisive role in construction safety and progress.A multi⁃point wireless temperature measurement system based on nRF52832 Bluetooth chip,STM32F429 microcontroller and single⁃bus DS18B20 temperature sensor is proposed in this paper.The system uses nRF52832 chip running Bluetooth 5.0 protocol stack as the control core of acquisition terminal and instru⁃ment gateway,and STM32F429 chip as the core control end of instrument.Each temperature measuring terminal is equipped with a single bus DS18B20 device,which forms a star network with the gateway.The gateway is responsible for transmitting the acquisi⁃tion terminal data to the STM32F429 through the serial port,and the latter is responsible for the task scheduling and control of the thermometer.After testing,the temperature measuring system shows stable and reliable temperature data acquisition,portable ac⁃quisition and monitoring,and has ultra⁃low power consumption characteristics.
