摘  要:[目的/意义]随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革不断深入,管理咨询行业日益受到重视,尤其在当前数字经济背景下,根据管理咨询行业目前的发展情况,急需对情报工作胜任力模型优化升级,为我国对管理咨询行业情报工作的有效管理提供科学参考。[方法/过程]梳理目前管理咨询企业中情报工作者胜任力不明确而造成的人才流失严重、高学历与复合型人才稀缺、人才选择与培养机制不完善等问题,在研究中通过词频统计法确定胜任特征、问卷调查法验证胜任力模型,并采用灰色关联度法对胜任力模型进行优化得出最终的情报工作胜任力模型。[结果/结论]针对情报工作者胜任力不明确这一根本原因,以优化后的胜任力模型为基础,从个人、企业、政府三个方面对管理咨询行业情报胜任力提升给出科学建议。[Purpose/significance]With the deepening of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the management consulting industry has received more and more attention,especially in the context of current digit-al economy.According to the current development of the management consulting industry,it is urgent to optimize and upgrade the intelligence work competency model,so as to provide a scientific reference for the effective management of intelligence work in the management consulting industry in China.[Method/process]To sort out the serious brain drain caused by unclear competence of intelligence workers in management consulting enterprises,the scarcity of highly educated and compound talents,and the imperfect talent selection and training mechanism,the competency characteristics were determined by word frequency statistics and the com-petency model was verified by questionnaire survey method,and finally the gray correlation method was used to optimize the compe-tency model to obtain the final intelligence work competency model.[Result/conclusion]In view of the fundamental reason that the competence of intelligence workers is not clear,based on the optimized competency model,scientific suggestions are given on the improvement of intelligence competency in the management consulting industry from three aspects:individuals,enterprises and governments.
