摘 要:利用箱式电阻炉以及金相显微镜,试验研究不同Al含量以及热处理工艺对42CrMoA晶粒度长大行为的影响,确定不同Al含量、奥氏体化温度及对应保温时间下该钢种晶粒度长大行为的规律。结果表明:42CrMoA晶粒度长大行为与铝氮比和温度有直接关系,晶粒度临界长大温度随着铝氮比的降低而降低。当铝含量低于0.021时,随着Al/N值的降低,晶粒度临界长大温度与异常长大温度均降低,当铝含量高于0.021时,晶粒度异常长大临界开始升高。且当其他化学成分基本一致时,不同Al含量与奥氏体温度对应的晶粒度尺寸存在一定线性关系。Using a box type resistance furnace and a metallographic microscope,the effects of different Al con-tents and heat treatment processes on the grain size growth behavior of 42CrMoA were experimentally studied,and the laws of grain size growth behavior of the steel were determined under different Al contents,austenitizing tem-peratures,and corresponding holding times.The results show that the grain size growth behavior of 42CrMoA is di-rectly related to the aluminum nitrogen ratio and temperature,and the critical growth temperature of grain size de-creases with the decrease of aluminum nitrogen ratio.When the aluminum content is below 0.021,as the Al/N val-ue decreases,both the critical growth temperature and the abnormal growth temperature of grain size decrease.When the aluminum content is above 0.021,the critical abnormal growth temperature of grain size begins to in-crease.And when other chemical compositions are basically the same,there is a certain linear relationship between different Al contents and the grain size corresponding to the austenite temperature.
