摘　　要：蒸压加气混凝土在生产料浆制备及配料浇注过程中,各种物料必须按一定的比例进行添加,制备出符合生产工艺要求的干物料比及水料比的料浆;有些物料本身含有一定的水分,首先必须通过实验室化验获得各种物料自身的水料比,然后根据工艺要求的干物料比获得各种物料实际添加比,再根据料浆水料比要求算得需外加水比,根据以上所得物料比例制备出符合生产工艺要求的料浆,并实现料浆制备工序的自动化;在配料浇注工段根据生产线模具规格尺寸及产品容重要求,结合上述各种物料添加比,计算出各种物料的实际添加量,根据计算结果进行计量、配料浇注,以达到产品生产工艺要求,保证产品质量。In the process of preparing slurry and pouring ingredients for autoclaved aerated concrete,various materials must be added in a certain proportion to prepare slurry with dry material ratio and water material ra⁃tio that meet the production process requirements;some materials themselves contain a certain amount of mois⁃ture.Firstly,obtain the water-material ratio of each material through laboratory testing.Then,based on the dry material ratio required by the process,obtain the actual addition ratio of each material.Then,according to the water to material ratio requirements of the slurry,calculate the required external water ratio.Based on the ob⁃tained material ratio,prepare a slurry that meets the production process requirements by adding it in propor⁃tion to achieve the automation of the slurry preparation process;In the ingredient pouring section,based on the specifications and dimensions of the production line molds and the requirements for product bulk density,com⁃bined with the various material addition ratios mentioned above,the actual amount of each material added is calculated.Based on the calculation results,measurement and ingredient pouring are carried out to meet the production process requirements and ensure product quality.
