摘 要:随着我国石油库建设规模不断扩大,提高大型油库储罐区的安全设计标准具有重要意义。通过深入研究国内外标准,对危险液体分类、储罐防火距离、储罐隔堤、储罐防火堤高度和有效容积等技术点进行了分析,探讨了国内外油库设计标准的重要差异及其适用性。本研究为我国油库罐区的安全管理提供了参考和借鉴,促进了我国油库罐区的规范化和安全性提升。同时,本研究也为国内标准的修订提供了一定的参考依据。With the continuous expansion of China’s oil depot construction scale,it is of great significance to improve the standards for safety design of large oil storage tank areas.This article,through in-depth exploration of domestic and foreign standards,analyzes technical points such as hazardous liquid classification,tank fire protection distance,intermediate dike,tank dyke height and effective volume of diked area.It discusses the significant differences in standards for oil storage tank design between domestic and foreign standards and their applicability.This study provides references and insights for the safety management of oil storage tank areas in China,promoting the standardization and safety enhancement of such areas.Additionally,it serves as a basis for the revision of domestic standards.
