摘　　要：本文对《燃具连接用软管应用技术规程》(DB11/T 1275)开展实施效果评价,梳理影响标准实施的主要因素,建立标准评价指标体系,从文本评价、实施行为、实施效果三方面确定9个指标。运用层次分析法确定专家权重,结合专家打分法确定每项指标的权重和分值,最后得到标准评价得分并确定评价等级。This paper evaluates the implementation effect of Technical specification for application for the connection hoses of gas appliances(DB11/T1275),sorts out the main factors affecting the implementation of the standard,establishes the standard evaluation index system,and determines 9 indexes in three aspects:text evaluation,implementation behavior and implementation effect.It uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the expert weight,determines the weight and score of each index combined with the expert scoring method,and finally gets the standard evaluation score and determines the evaluation level.
