膝关节骨性关节炎术后注射关节腔药物对患者膝关节功能和实验室因子表达的影响

摘　　要：目的分析膝关节骨性关节炎患者术后关节腔药物注射的临床效果。方法选取我院2021年1月到2022年8月期间收治的86例经关节镜清理术治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者,按简单随机化法进行分组,两组例数相等。其中对照组:术后关节腔注射玻璃酸钠;观察组基于对照组的药物注射上应用罗哌卡因+复方倍他米松混合液进行关节腔注射;对比两组膝关节功能及疼痛情况。结果两组术后膝关节HSS评分增加,NRS评分降低,且观察组术后3、7 d的HSS评分高于对照组,NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后7 d白介素(IL)-6、IL-1β及基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-13低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论关节镜清理术后采用玻璃酸钠联合罗哌卡因+复方倍他米松混合液关节腔注射,可在近期内改善患者膝关节功能,减轻关节疼痛。Objective Analysis of the clinical effect of joint cavity drug injection in patients with knee osteoarthritis after surgery.Methods Select 86 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated by arthroscopic debridement from January 2021 to August 2022 in our hospital,and divide them into groups according to a simple randomization method.The number of cases in the two groups is equal.In the control group,sodium hyaluronate was injected into the joint cavity after surgery;The observation group used ropivacaine+compound betamethasone mixture for intraarticular injection based on the drug injection in the control group;Compare the knee joint function and pain between the two groups.Results HSS score increased and NRS score decreased in both groups after surgery,and HSS score of observation group was higher than that of control group 3 and 7 days after surgery,NRS score was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6,IL-1βand matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-13 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 7 days after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with ropivacaine and compound betamethasone mixture after arthroscopic debridement can improve knee function and alleviate joint pain in patients in the near future.
