6种中药水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌体外生物被膜形成的影响

摘  要:试验旨在探究苦参、连翘、白头翁、蒲公英、黄柏和五倍子等6种中药水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜形成的影响。通过银染法和结晶紫染色法检测6种中药水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜的黏附和抑制作用。结果显示,中药水提物减少了金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜的黏附;与对照组相比,在6种中药水提物作用下,金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜洗脱液的OD_(590nm)值均极显著降低(P<0.01),其中五倍子水提物的抑制效果最优,抑制率为74.9%。研究表明,6种中药水提物均能够抑制金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜的形成,其中五倍子水提物效果最好。The purpose of the experiment was to explore the effects of water extracts of six traditional Chinese medicines,such as Sophora flavescens,Forsythia suspensa,Pulsatilla chinensis,Dandelion,Phellodendron amurense,and Galla chinensis,on the biofilm formation of Staphylococcus aureus.The adhesive and inhibitory effects of the aqueous extracts of the six Chinese medicines on Staphylococcus aureus biofilm were detected by silver staining and crystal violet staining.The results showed that the water extract of traditional Chinese medicines reduced the adhesion of Staphylococcus aureus biofilm.Compared with the control group,the OD_(590nm) value of the biofilm eluent of Staphylococcus aureus decreased significantly under the action of six kinds of Chinese herbs(P<0.01),among which the water extract of Galla chinensis had the best inhibition effect,with an inhibition rate of 74.9%.The results showed that the water extracts of the six kinds of traditional Chinese medicines could inhibit the formation of Staphylococcus aureus biofilm,and the water extract of Galla chinensis had the best effect.
