探讨明道云系统对提升医院管理质量所发挥的作用

摘　　要：目的 分析医院应用明道云系统对提高医院管理质量所产生的影响。方法 本院自2022年1月起开始应用明道云系统,2022年1月前采用常规管理模式,对比应用明道云系统前后管理质量、护理管理质量以及患者对医疗服务的满意度。结果 应用明道云系统后管理质量明显较应用前提高,应用前后管理质量评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。应用明道云系统后护理管理质量评分明显高于应用前,应用前后护理管理质量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。应用明道云系统后患者对医疗服务的满意度明显高于应用前,患者总满意度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 医院应用明道云系统能够显著提升医院管理质量及护理管理质量,有助于提高医院管理效率和管理水平,可减少护理差错,有效降低意外事件发生风险,有助于使患者对医疗服务的满意度获得显著提高,对于推动和促进医院可持续发展。Objective To analyze application effect of Mingdao Cloud System to improve quality of hospital management.Methods Our hospital has been using Mingdao Cloud System since January 2022,and adopted a routine management model before January 2022.Management quality,nursing management quality,and satisfaction degree of patients with medical services was compared before and after application of Mingdao Cloud System.Results Management quality of Mingdao Cloud System was significantly better than before,difference in management quality scores before and after application was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing management quality scores after application of Mingdao Cloud System were significantly higher than before,difference in nursing management quality before and after application was statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of patients with medical services after application was significantly higher than before,difference in overall satisfaction degree of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mingdao Cloud System can significantly improve quality of hospital management and nursing management,improve efficiency and level of hospital management,reduce nursing errors,risk of unexpected events effectively,and improve satisfaction degree of patients with medical services significantly,which is of great significance for promoting sustainable development of hospitals.
