针刺督脉穴配合康复训练治疗孤独症儿童的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨针刺督脉穴配合康复训练治疗孤独症儿童的疗效。方法 选取2021年9月—2022年9月在本院就诊的88例孤独症患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患儿分成对照组和研究组,每组44例。对照组患儿治疗时应用常规康复训练方案,研究组患儿在常规康复训练方案基础上实施针刺督脉穴治疗。对比两组之间有效率,并对两组治疗前后儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评分、孤独症行为量表(ABC)评分、社会生活能力评分、语言能力评分、脑电图等指标作比较。结果 研究组总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组在CARS、ABC方面测评的分数均比对照组低,关于社会生活能力和语言能力测评的分数均比对照组高,脑电图α波、β波、δ波、θ波的波幅均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 在孤独症患儿接受康复训练治疗时,对患儿开展针刺督脉穴治疗,可增强治疗效果,有效缓解患儿的孤独症症状,改善患儿的社会生活能力和语言能力,还可促使其脑电波信号传递。Objective To explore curative effect of acupuncture at Du meridian point combined with rehabilitation training on children with autism.Methods The paper chose 88 children with autism in rehabilitation department of a children's hospital from September 2021 to September 2022,and divided them into two groups with random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training programs,while study group with acupuncture at Du meridian point on the basis of routine rehabilitation training programs.Total effective rate,scores of Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS),Autism Behavior Scale(ABC),Social Life Ability,Language Ability,and EEG indicators were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results Comparison between two groups showed,total effective rate in study group was higher than control group(P< 0.05).After treatment,scores of CARS and ABC in study group were lower than control group.Scores of social life ability and language ability in study group were higher than control group.Amplitude of EEG α,β,δ andθwave in study group was higher than control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion Acupuncture at Du meridian point can enhance treatment effect,effectively alleviate symptoms of autism,improve social and language abilities,and promote transmission of brain wave signals of autism children with rehabilitation training.
