参松养心胶囊对老年冠心病心律失常患者左室重构指标及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨参松养心胶囊对老年冠心病心律失常患者左室重构指标及预后干预价值。方法 选取本院收治的80例老年冠心病心律失常患者,并按照治疗方法分为比对组和干预组,每组40例。其中,比对组采用西药治疗,干预组采用中医治疗。比较不同方案在疗效与安全性、左室重构指标、脑钠肽、脂蛋白a指标、预后效果差异性。结果 干预组治疗效果高于比对组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在治疗安全性方面水平相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的左室重构指标互比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,干预组左室重构指标均低于比对组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组脑钠肽、脂蛋白a指标均低于比对组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组恶性心律失常发生率与平均静息心率均低于比对组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 参松养心胶囊对于心悸、胸闷及呼吸短促等症状均有积极干预价值,针对冠心病心律失常老年患者应用既可保障近期与远期疗效,更对左室重构等指标有效调节,确保患者预后,整体治疗效果可满足临床需求,值得在临床中持续性推广与应用。Objective To explore curative value of Shensong nourishing heart capsules on left ventricular remodeling indicators and prognosis intervention of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia.Methods The paper chose 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia,40 cases in control group were treated with western medicine,40 cases in intervention group with traditional Chinese medicine scheme.Difference in effect and safety,left ventricular remodeling indicators,brain natriuretic peptide,lipoprotein A indicators,and prognostic effect were compared between different schemes.Results in tervention group had higher curative effect than control group(P< 0.05)..Two groups had similar levels of treatment safety,with no significant difference(P> 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in left ventricular remodeling indicators between two groups(P> 0.05).After treatment,intervention group had lower left ventricular remodeling indicators than control group(P< 0.05)..in tervention group had lower levels of brain natriuretic peptide and lipoprotein A indicators than control group(P< 0.05).in cidence of malignant arrhythmia and average resting heart rate in intervention group was lower than control group(P< 0.05)..Conclusion Shensong nourishing heart capsules capsule has positive intervention value for symptoms of palpitations,chest tightness,and shortness of breath,can ensure short-term and long-term curative effect of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia,regulate indicators including left ventricular remodeling to ensure prognosis of patients effectively,can meet clinical needs,which is worthy of continuous promotion and application in clinical practice.
