探讨前循环症状性颅内动脉狭窄患者支架成形术联合药物治疗的有效性与安全性

摘  要:目的 分析前循环症状性颅内动脉狭窄患者支架成形术+药物治疗的效果。方法 选取2018年1月—2022年12月本院前循环症状性颅内动脉狭窄患者100例为研究对象,随机分成为对照组、观察组(各50例)。对照组采取药物治疗方案,观察组联合支架成形术与药物治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗后的NHISS评分、改良Rankin评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的rCBF、rCBV高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对前循环症状性颅内动脉狭窄患者,治疗时采取支架成形术和药物相结合的方式,能够获得良好的治疗效果,可改善其局部脑血灌注指标,患者的预后效果也较好。Objective To analyze effect of stent angioplasty combined with drug treatment for patients with symptomatic intracranial artery stenosis in anterior circulation.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with symptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis admission to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2022,and divided them into control group and observation group(50 cases in each group) randomly.Control group was treated with drug therapy,while observation group with stent angioplasty and combined with drug therapy.Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results NHISS scores and improved Rankin scores of observation group after treatment were lower than control group,(P<0.05).The rCBF and rCBV of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Life quality scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stent angioplasty combined with drug therapy can achieve good curative effect,improve local cerebral blood perfusion indicators of patients with symptomatic intracranial artery stenosis in anterior circulation,which has good prognosis.
