养阴止咳安胎方治疗妊娠咳嗽的有效性及对其症状体征积分的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究对妊娠咳嗽患者应用养阴止咳安胎方治疗的效果和对其症状体征积分的影响。方法 本次试验选取本院2021年11月—2023年4月收治68例妊娠咳嗽患者,并将其作为数据分析对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组实施常规头孢拉定胶囊治疗,观察组实施头孢拉定胶囊加养阴止咳安胎方治疗,比较两组临床效果、中医症状体征积分、不良妊娠发生率。结果 两组对比治疗效果,观察组比对照组更高,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组对比中医症状体征积分,观察组日间咳嗽积分、夜间咳嗽积分、总症状体征积分均比对照组更低,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组对比不良妊娠发生率,观察组比对照组更低,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在治疗妊娠咳嗽患者时,给予养阴止咳安胎方治疗,效果较为显著,在临床治疗中值得大范围推广与实施。Objective To explore effect of nourishing yin,relieving cough,and relieving miscarriage formula in treatment of pregnant cough patients and its influence on symptom and sign scores.Methods The paper chose 68 pregnant cough patients admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to April 2023 as data analysis objects,and divided them into two groups:control group and observation group with digital random table method,with 34 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine treatment with cefradine capsules,while observation group with cefradine capsules combined with nourishing yin,relieving cough,and relieving miscarriage formula.Clinical effect,traditional Chinese medicine symptom and sign scores,and incidence of adverse pregnancy were compared between two groups.Results Comparison of treatment effect between two groups showed,treatment effective rate of observation group was 94.12%,higher than 76.47% in control group,difference was significant(P<0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine symptom and sign scores comparison showed,daytime cough scores(0.28±0.20),nighttime cough scores(0.33±0.24),and total symptom and sign scores(11.94±1.03) in observation group were lower than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse pregnancy in observation group was 2.94%,lower than 17.65% in control group,difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nourishing yin,relieving cough,and relieving miscarriage formula can achieve significant effect for for pregnant cough patients,which is worthy of promotion and applicatino on a large scale in clinical treatment schemes.
