基于CiteSpace的国内临床路径研究的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：以“临床路径”为关键词,检索中国知网(CNKI)相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对2012—2022年发表的4065篇与临床路径相关中文文献进行分析,结合论文的作者、机构及关键词等信息提取,对临床路径研究的现状及发展趋势进行分析。结果显示:国内临床路径研究相关发文量逐年下降,可以通过制定更全面的临床路径规范诊疗标准并且加强信息化建设,来突破临床路径研究发展的瓶颈。The paper searched relevant literature on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) with keyword of "clinical pathway",analyzed 4065 Chinese literature related to clinical pathway published from 2012 to 2022with CiteSpace software,and extracted current status and development trends of clinical pathway research based on the author,institution,and keyword information of the papers.Result? show number of publications related to clinical pathway research in China has been decreasing year by year.It is necessary to break through bottleneck of clinical pathway research development by formulating more comprehensive clinical pathway standardized diagnosis and treatment standards and strengthening information construction.
