湿疹一号联合左西替利嗪片对湿疹皮炎的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨湿疹一号联合左西替利嗪片对湿疹皮炎的治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析本院皮肤科在2021年5月—2022年10月收治的88例湿疹皮炎患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方法进行组别划分,单纯给药左西替利嗪片治疗的患者划为对照组,基于左西替利嗪片给药湿疹一号方治疗的患者划为观察组,每组44例,比较不同组别病人在治疗前与治疗后的湿疹皮炎症状评分,同时对比不同组别患者的临床疗效。结果 (1)治疗前不同组别的湿疹皮炎症状评分不存在显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后与对照组相比,观察组湿疹皮炎症状评分更低,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,观察组的临床疗效优于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在湿疹皮炎的治疗中基于左西替利嗪片给药湿疹一号方能够进一步提升临床疗效,改善病人的临床症状并纠正Th1/Th2型细胞因子失衡,获得更理想的治疗有效性,因此值得推广应用。Objective To explore curative effect of eczema No.1 combined with Levocetirizine tablets on eczema dermatitis.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed clinical data of 88 patients with eczema and dermatitis admitted to dermatology department of our hospital from May 2021to October 2022,and divided them into groups according to different treatment methods.44 cases in control group were treated with levocetirizine tablets only,and 44 cases in observation group with levocetirizine tablets.Eczema and dermatitis symptom scores of different groups before and after treatment were compared,clinical effect of different groups was compared simultaneously.Results(1) There was no significant difference in symptom scores of eczema and dermatitis among different groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,observation group had lower eczema and dermatitis symptom scores than control group,data difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05)After treatment,clinical effect of control group was 77.27%,while that of clinical effect of observation group was 95.45%.(2) Data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Eczema No.1based on levocetirizine tablets can further improve clinical effect,symptoms,correct Th1/Th2 cytokine imbalance,and achieve more ideal curative effect for eczema dermatitis,which is worthy of promotion and application.
