摘　　要：目的 探讨血管穿刺图对提高血透室护士综合能力的应用效果。方法 选择本院血透室2020年6月—2022年6月100例首次使用内瘘透析患者为研究对象,依据入院时间进行排序,将奇数患者设置为对照组(n=50),偶数患者设置为研究组(n=50)。对照组给予常规的绳梯穿刺法,研究组采用血管穿刺图引导下的绳梯穿刺法。观察对比护士培训前后两组患者一次性穿刺成功率及并发症发生率,护士评判性思维能力及健康促进能力的差异。结果 研究组患者一次性穿刺成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率比对照组明显减少;培训后护士评判性思维能力及健康促进能力明显比培训前高(P<0.05)。结论 采用血管穿刺图引导下进行穿刺,在确保一次性穿刺成功率及减少并发症发生率的同时,提高了血透室护士的评判性思维能力及健康促进能力。Objective To explore application effect of vascular puncture in improving comprehensive ability of hemodialysis room nurses.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with internal fistula dialysis for the first time in hemodialysis room of our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into groups according to admission time,odd numbered patients were included in control group(n=50) and even numbered patients in study group(n=50).Control group was treated with routine rope ladder puncture method,while study group with rope ladder puncture method guided by vascular puncture map.Difference in success rate and incidence of complications of one-time puncture,critical thinking ability and health promotion ability of nurses was observed and compared between two groups before and after training.Results Success rate of onetime puncture in study group was higher than control group,P<0.05.Incidence of complications in study group was significantly lower than control group.Critical thinking ability and health promotion ability of nurses after training was significantly higher than after training,with P< 0.05.Conclusion Vascular puncture guided puncture can ensure success rate of one-time puncture and reduce incidence of complications,improve critical thinking ability and health promotion ability of hemodialysis room nurses.
