摘　　要：目的 探讨圣约翰草提取物治疗脑卒中后抑郁临床效果。方法 选取2018年12月—2020年12月哈尔滨第五医院收治的卒中患者100例作为研究对象,通过数字随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加圣约翰草提取物治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、心理情绪评分和NIHSS和DHI评分。结果 观察组治疗效果显著高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者HAMD、HAMA、NIHSS、DHI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 圣约翰草提取物治疗脑卒中抑郁疗效显著,有助于改善抑郁症状以及促进神经功能恢复,值得临床进行应用推广。Objective To explore clinical effect of St.John's wort extract in treatment of poststroke depression.Methods The paper chose 100 stroke patients admitted to Harbin the Fifth Hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group with numerical randomization,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine treatment,while observation group with additional treatment with St.John's wort extract based on control group.Effect,psychological and emotional scores,as well as NIHSS and DHI scores were compared between two groups.Results Curative effect of observation group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,HAMD,HAMA,NIHSS,and DHI scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion St.John's wort extract has significant curative effect on stroke depression,can improve depressive symptoms and promote neurological function recovery,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
