摘　　要：目的:研究乳腺康胶囊对乳腺增生大鼠的影响及镇痛作用。方法:运用雌孕激素序贯造模法制备乳腺增生模型鼠,经病理证实模型制备成功后随机分为模型对照组、逍遥丸组(0.93 g/kg)及乳腺康胶囊高、中、低剂量组(0.8 g/kg,0.4 g/kg,0.2 g/kg)。给药组予相应药物灌胃,空白组和模型对照组予等体积蒸馏水灌胃,连续给药45 d后,测量大鼠第1、2对乳头的直径和高度,运用ELISA测定大鼠血清雌二醇(E_(2))、催乳素(PRL)、孕激素(P)水平,光学显微镜下观察大鼠乳腺病理组织变化。采用冰醋酸扭体致痛模型,观察空白组、阿司匹林组及乳腺康胶囊高、中、低剂量组实验小鼠出现扭体反应的次数、第1次扭体反应的时间(潜伏期)、镇痛率。结果:与空白组比较,模型对照组E_(2)含量增多、P含量降低、E_(2)/P比例降低、PRL含量升高(P<0.01),大鼠第1、2对乳头高度和直径显著增高(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,逍遥丸组、乳腺康胶囊各剂量组E_(2)含量降低、P含量升高、E_(2)/P比例降低、PRL含量降低,其中逍遥丸组、乳腺康胶囊高、中剂量组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),大鼠第1、2对乳头高度和直径显著缩小(P<0.01);乳腺康胶囊各剂量组大鼠的乳腺组织增生情况均有改善,导管上皮细胞排列整齐,腺泡数量明显减少,腺小叶体积明显变小。与空白组比较,阿司匹林组、乳腺康胶囊各剂量组的扭体次数明显减少、潜伏时间显著延长(P<0.01),镇痛率均高于空白组。乳腺康胶囊各剂量组镇痛率分别为59.55%、57.57%、53.35%。结论:乳腺康胶囊具有良好的抗乳腺增生作用及镇痛作用。Objective:To study the effect of Ruxiankang capsule on rats with mammary hyperplasia and the analgesic effect of Ruxiankang capsule.Methods:The mammary gland hyperplasia model rats were prepared by sequential modeling with estrogen and progesterone.The successful preparation of the model was confirmed by pathology,and they were divided into model control group,Xiaoyao Pill(逍遥丸)group(0.93 g/kg)and Ruxiankang capsule high,medium and low dose groups(0.8 g/kg,0.4 g/kg and 0.2 g/kg).The administration group was given coresponding drugs by oral gavage for intervention.The blank group and model control group were given equal volume distlled water by gavage.After 45 days of continuous administration,the diameter and height of the first and second pairs of nipples were measured,and the levels of serum estradiol(E_(2)),prolactin(PRL)and progesterone(P)were measured by ELISA.The pathological changes of mammary gland were observed under optical microscope.The writhing pain model induced by glacial acetic acid was used to observe the times of writhing reaction,the time(latency)of the first writhing reaction and the analgesic rate of experimental mice in blank group,aspirin group and Ruxiankang capsule high,medium and low dose groups.Results:Compared with the blank group,the E_(2) increased,while P and E_(2)/P ratio decreased in model control group(P<0.01);The PRL increased in model control group(P<0.01);The height and diameter of the first and second pairs of nipples increased in model control group(P<0.01).Compared with the model control group,the E_(2) decreased,while P increased in Xiaoyao Pill group and Ruxiankang capsule high and medium dose groups(P<0.01);The E_(2)/P ratio and PRL decreased in Xiaoyao Pill group and Ruxiankang capsule high and medium dose groups(P<0.01);The height and diameter of the first and second pairs of nipples decreased in Xiaoyao Pill group and Ruxiankang capsule high and medium dose groups(P<0.01).The hyperplasia of mammary gland tissue of rats was improved in Ruxiankang capsule high,medi
