四逆散及其组方类方治疗抑郁症的研究进展

摘　　要：四逆散来源于《伤寒论》,由柴胡、枳实、芍药、甘草4味药研末白饮调服而成,主治阳郁厥逆证,方药配伍上升下降以条畅气机,收散并用以透发肝气补养肝血。现代医家根据抑郁症气机郁滞的基本病机,将四逆散应用于抑郁症相关的研究,发现四逆散单味药、药对及复方组方在药理和临床上不仅对单纯抑郁症有明显的疗效,而且还能缓解其他系统疾病的抑郁伴随状态。血府逐瘀汤、柴胡疏肝散和逍遥散均在四逆散的基础上加减药物而成,属于四逆散的变方范畴,经临床验证具有较好的抗抑郁作用。Sini Powder originated from the Treatise on Febrile Diseases and was composed of four medicinal herbs,Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix),Zhishi(Auranti Fructus Immaturus),Shaoyao(Paeoniae Radix),and Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix),which were refined into powder and consumed with water.It is mainly used to treat the syndrome of Yang depression and reverse flow.The prescription compatibility rises and falls to promoted the circulation of Qi,while the converging and dispersing of herbs properties were used to promote liver Qi and nourish liver blood.Modern doctors have applied Sini Powder to depression related research based on the basic pathogenesis of Qi stagnation in depression.They have found that Sini Powder's single-flavoured medicines,medicines pairs,and compound formulas not only have significant therapeutic effects on simple depression in pharmacology and clinical practice,but also can alleviate the accompanying depression of other systemic diseases.TheXuefu Zhuyu Tang(血府逐瘀汤),Chaihu Shugan Powder(柴胡疏肝散),and Xiaoyao San(逍遥散)were all modified drugs based on Sini Powder,belonging to the category of modified prescriptions of Sini Powder.They had been clinically proven to have good antidepressant effects.
