中医自血疗法研究热点及趋势的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的对自血疗法研究领域进行可视化分析,了解该领域的研究热点,预测未来研究趋势,为后续研究提供参考与借鉴。方法以中国知网、万方医学网、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台、中国生物医学文献服务系统等数据库为来源,检索建库至2022年12月自血疗法相关研究文献,使用CiteSpace6.2.R1软件对作者、研究机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果共纳入906篇文献,发文量最多的作者是李俊雄,发文量最多的研究机构是广州中医药大学;自血疗法治疗痤疮、荨麻疹、慢性湿疹等皮肤疾病是研究热点;免疫功能、肺功能稳定期可能成为未来研究趋势。结论自血疗法的相关研究不断深化,未来可加强作者、研究机构之间的交流合作,以拓宽自血疗法在临床中的应用。Objective To visualize the research field of autohemotherapy,understand the research hotspots in this field,predict future research trends,and provide reference for subsequent research.Methods CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed and other databases were used as sources to retrieve the research literature related to autohemotherapy from the establishment of the database to December 2022,and CiteSpace 6.2.R1 software was used to visually analyze the authors,research institutions,keywords,etc.Results A total of 906 articles were included.The author with the largest number of articles was Li Junxiong,and the research institution with the largest number of articles was Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.Autohemotherapy in the treatment of acne,urticaria,chronic eczema and other skin diseases is a research hotspot.The stable period of immune function and lung function may become the future research trend.Conclusion The related research of autohemotherapy is deepening.In the future,the communication and cooperation between authors and research institutions can be strengthened to broaden the clinical application of autohemotherapy.
