线性进化,还是城市社区建设的新开端?——对村改居社区的再认识

摘　　要：学界对村改居社区的研究存在三种代表性的理论认识:将其视作过渡型社区、转型社区或第三社区。这三种认识本质上都是基于由乡村到城市的线性发展视角,强调转型过程中村改居社区的过渡性状态。线性进化论思维的城市中心主义立场造成对农民的贬损与污名化,忽视了乡村关系网与乡土文化的现代意义。村改居社区的治理应该突破线性进化论立场的局限性,从去城市中心主义立场出发,转向多元社区的理论取向,基于结构两重性视角尝试将乡村传统和文化作为可动员的“希望的资源”。在这种理论转向背景下,村改居社区不是有待改造的社会工程对象,而是有潜力成为城市社区建设的新开端,一个推动新型多元城市社区建设的“希望的空间”。There exist three representative theoretical understandings of village-turned-community studies in academia,which are referred to as transitional community,transformational community,and third community respectively.These three discourses are essentially formed on the basis of a linear developmental perspective,namely from rural to urban,emphasizing the transitional state of village-turned-community in the process of transition.The limitation of this linear evolutionary thinking is that its urban-centric stance leads to the derogation and stigmatization of peasants and ignores the modern significance of the village network of relationships and vernacular culture.From the standpoint of urban centralism,by breaking through the limitations of linear evolution,the governance of villageturned-community should resort to the theoretical orientation of pluralistic community and attempt to take rural traditions and culture as the"resources of hope"that can be mobilized from the perspective of structural duality.In the context of this theoretical shift,the village-turned-community is not simply a social engineering object to be transformed,but has the potential to become a new beginning of urban community construction,a"space of hope"to promote the construction of a new pluralistic urban community.
