摘  要:高炉槽下上料系统是将炉料运送至炉内,是冶炼的重要环节,关系高炉的稳定顺行。随着高产低耗绿色发展要求的提高,须提升高炉槽下上料系统的效率。针对高炉料场、下料口经常堵料,输送物料皮带被异物割坏,造成高炉缓料、断料的情况,通过采用智能清料技术和异物智能识别技术,对上料系统进行技术改造,达到高炉上料系统平稳运行、生产稳定的目的。The chute feeding system is an important link in transporting the charging to the furnace to complete smelting,and is a key process related to the stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace.With the demand for high production,low consumption,and green development of blast furnaces,the efficiency improvement of the feeding system under the chute is a technical challenge faced by blast furnaces.In response to the frequent blockage of materials in the blast furnace material yard and discharge port,as well as the damage of the conveying material belt caused by foreign objects,resulting in delayed materials to the blast furnace,the intelligent cleaning technology and foreign object intelligent recognition technology are adopted to transform the feeding system,achieving the goal of stable operation and production of the blast furnace feeding system.
