对中风后尿失禁患者行中医针灸治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨中风后尿失禁患者采取中医针灸治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年6月—2023年6月本院收治的中风后尿失禁患者100例为本次研究对象,并按照抽签随机法分成对照组与观察组,每组50例。其中,对照组尿失禁患者采取常规治疗手段及通过按摩穴位训练、提肛肌等方式进行治疗。而观察组则在此基础上加以中医针灸进行治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后症候积分、排尿次数、尿失禁的严重程度。结果 经过相关治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的症候积分、排尿次数均明显降低,组间数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者尿失禁严重程度均明显改善,两组间数据对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 对中风后尿失禁患者展开中医针灸治疗能够明显提升疗效,不仅可以改善患者病情,还能够促进患者早日康复,具有较高的应用价值,建议推广。Objective To compare clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke between two groups.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly by drawing lots,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine treatment and massage acupoint training,levator ani muscle,and other methods,observation group with Chinese medicine acupuncture on the basis.Clinical effect,pre-and post-treatment symptom scores,frequency of urination,and severity of urinary incontinence were compared between two groups.Results After relevant treatment,total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).in addition,after treatment,symptom scores urinary frequency of two groups were significantly reduced,data comparison was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).After treatment,severity of urinary incontinence of two groups significantly improved,there was statistically significant data difference between two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment can significantly improve curative effect and condition,promote early recovery of patients with urinary incontinence after stroke,with high application value,which is suggested for promotion.
