益生菌和锌剂联合治疗儿童腹泻的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析益生菌和锌剂联合治疗儿童腹泻的效果。方法 选取2021年4月—2023年3月本院收治的儿童腹泻患者50例为研究对象,根据患者治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组使用锌剂治疗,观察组使用益生菌联合锌剂治疗。对比两组患儿临床症状缓解情况、体重增加情况、临床总疗效、腹泻复发率情况。结果 观察组住院时间、大便次数恢复时间、大便性状恢复时间、体温恢复时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组体重增加明显大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗7d后的疾病缓解率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗1个月、2个月、3个月后的腹泻复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 儿童腹泻患儿接受益生菌和锌剂联合治疗,可以有效促进各项症状快速缓解,且患儿的体重增加明显,腹泻复发率较低,具有较高的治疗效果。Objective To analyze effect of probiotics combined with zinc in treatment of childhood diarrhea.Methods The paper chose 50 cases diarrhea children admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to March 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into groups according to treatment scehmes.25 cases in control group and observation group each.Control group was treated with zinc,while observation group with probiotics combined with zinc.Clinical symptom relief,weight gain,overall clinical effect,and diarrhea recurrence rate was compared between two groups.Results Length of stay,recovery time of stool frequency,recovery time of stool characteristics,and recovery time of body temperature in observation group was significantly shorter than control group,P<0.05.Weight gain in observation group was significantly greater than control group,P<0.05.Disease remission rate of observation group after 7 days of treatment was 96.00%,significantly higher than control group(76.00%),P<0.05.Recurrence rates of diarrhea in observation group after 1 month,2 months,and 3 months of treatment were respectively 0.00%,4.00%,and 12.00%,lower than 16.00%,24.00%,and 36.00%in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Combination treatment of probiotics and zinc can promote rapid relief of various symptoms of children with diarrhea effectively,with significant weight gain.and low recurrence rate of diarrhea,which has high curative effect.
