摘　　要：目的 研究信息化管理系统在医院药品管理中对工作效率的影响。方法 收集2019年1月—2022年12月本院的药品管理数据,根据是否实施信息化管理分为对照组(实施前)和观察组(实施后)。比较两组的工作效率指标,采用问卷调查的方式获取相关工作人员对信息化管理系统的满意度评价。结果 在应用信息化管理系统后,相较于对照组,观察组采购计划制定时间、单品库存时间、药品验收时间、票据入库时间以及药品供应周期均有明显缩短,药品验收人数也有所减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 本研究结果表明信息化管理系统在医院药品管理中对工作效率有显著的正向影响。应用信息化管理系统后,药品管理流程得到了优化,工作效率得到了提升。Objective To study effect of information management system on work efficiency in hospital drug management.Methods The paper chose efficiency of drug management in our hospital as research object,collected drug management data from January 2019 to December 2022,and compared efficiency indicators before and after implementation of information management system.Satisfaction evaluation of relevant staff on the information management system was carried out with questionnaire survey.Results After applying information management system,procurement plan formulation time,single item inventory time,drug acceptance time,receipt storage time,and drug supply cycle in observation group was significantly shorter than control group.Number of drug acceptance personnel decreased,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Post satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Study results indicate that information management systems have significant positive effect on work efficiency in hospital drug management.After applying information management system,drug management process has been optimized and work efficiency has been improved.
