探讨左卡尼汀联合血液透析疗法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 分析左卡尼汀+血液透析疗法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的效果。方法 选取2020年4月—2023年4月本院慢性肾功能衰竭患者80例为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采取血液透析治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用左卡尼汀治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的血清肌酐、尿素氮低于对照组,内生肌酐清除率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的CRP、IL-6、TNF-α均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对于慢性肾功能衰竭患者,左卡尼汀与血液透析疗法联合治疗,对患者肾功能与炎症血清炎症指标的改善效果显著,还可提高患者生活质量,利于疾病的控制。Objective To analyze effect of levocarnitine combined with hemodialysis therapy in treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with hemodialysis,while observation group with levocarnitine.Curative effect was compared between two groups.Results Serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in observation group was lower than control group,and endogenous creatinine clearance rate was higher than control group.CRP,IL-6,TNF-αin observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Life quality scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of levocarnitine and hemodialysis therapy can achieve significant improvement effect on renal function,inflammatory serum inflammatory indicators and life quality of patients with chronic renal failure,which is beneficial for disease control.
