摘　　要：目的 分析在医院护理管理采用人文关怀的效果。方法 选取2020年3月—2023年3月本院收治的102例住院患者作为研究对象。将研究对象按照入院时间不同分为对照组(2020年3月—2021年9月)和试验组(2021年10月—2023年3月),每组51例,并为患者提供不同的护理干预措施。对照组采取常规护理,试验组增加人文关怀,比较SAS(焦虑)及SDS(抑郁)心理评分、自我护理常识知晓率、不良事件发生率、护理满意度。结果 护理前,两组患者SAS及SDS心理评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组SAS及SDS心理评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,自我护理常识知晓率试验组高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,不良事件发生率试验组少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理满意度对比,试验组高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在医院护理管理中,人文关怀的应用,可以在减轻不良心理的同时提高患者我自我护理常识知晓率,对减少不良事件的发生率、提高护理满意度具有重要作用,值得推荐。Objective To analyze effect of humanistic care in hospital nursing management.Methods The paper chose 102 hospitalized patients in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 as research subjects,and carried out clinical statistics of diagnosis and treatment data.To ensure accuracy of the results,the paper divided them into two groups based on different admission timescontrol group(from March 2020 to September 2021)and experimental group(from October 2021 to March 2023),with 51 cases in each group,treated with different nursing interventions.Control group was treated with routine nursing,experimental group with humanistic care on the basis.SAS(anxiety)and SDS(depression)psychological scores,awareness of self-care knowledge,incidence of adverse events,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no difference in SAS and SDS psychological scores,P>0.05.After nursing,SAS and SDS psychological scores in experimental group were lower than control group,P<0.05.After nursing,awareness rate of self-care knowledge in experimental group was higher than control group,with P<0.05.After nursing,incidence of adverse events in experimental group was lower than control group,P<0.05.Comparison showed nursing satisfaction degree in experimental group was higher than control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion During hospital nursing management,humanistic care can reduce negative psychology,improve awareness of self-care knowledge of patients,with important role in reducing incidence of adverse events and improving nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of reference.
