摘　　要：当前,国际分工深化导致价值链重构,全球贸易摩擦不断升级,我国面临产业链供应链“断链”“脱钩”的现实考验。然而,在我国以芯片为代表的高新技术产业链供应链建设中,缺乏主体要素和结构要素两个视角下的产业链供应链安全保障和维护策略的研究。文章采用多案例研究方法,以来自中国的两家芯片企业为研究对象,从主体要素和结构要素的关键视角出发,提炼出两家企业在供应链安全方面主体要素和结构要素的特点、风险,并据此总结与归纳我国以芯片为代表的高新技术产业链安全风险维护保障策略,为推动产业链供应链安全提供更多参考。At present,the deepening of international division of labor has led to the reorganization of the value chain.Global trade frictions are escalating,and China is facing the reality test of"chain breaking"and"decoupling"of the industrial chain supply chain.However,in the construction of high-tech industrial chain supply chain represented by chips in China,lacks research on the security and maintenance strategies of the industrial chain supply chain from the perspective of both main elements and structural elements.This paper adopts a multi-case study method and selects two chip enterprises from China as the research objects.It aims to distil the characteristics and risks of the main elements and structural elements of the supply chain security for these two enterprises.The study focuses on the key perspectives of the main elements and structural elements to summarize the security risks and maintenance strategies of the high-tech industrial chain represented by chips in China.This research aims to provide more references for promoting the supply chain security of the industrial chain.
