摘　　要：数字经济已成为我国重要的战略部署和发展方向。针对当前复杂特殊的经济环境有必要以开放系统的视野重新界定数字化供应链转型升级及全链路优化的本质内涵,厘清现阶段表现的基本特征,明确识别出数字化供应链转型升级模式,深刻认识当前演进形态核心要素的本源。进一步梳理出数字化供应链全链路优化的建设机制:一是“新营销+新品牌”增值机制:构建消费者价值模型,重塑数字化供应链价值衡量标准。二是“新履约+新金融”提效机制:数字化供应链的全链路优化提效,中小企业的普惠金融。三是“新组织+新技术”赋能机制:以组织变革释放业务动能,打造数字化供应链的基础设施能力。并进一步提出实现路径的中国思路:加快建设“连接+智能”与“平台+生态”数字化供应链转型升级、全盘深化重点产业和传统产业的全链条数字化供应链转型升级、全面推动产业集群和产业园区的全方位数字化供应链转型升级、推进建设“促进中心”与“培育工程”数字化供应链转型升级。逐步建成高效科学的中国特色数字化供应链体系,实现经济高质量发展。Digital economy has become an important strategic deployment and development direction in China.In view of the current complex and special economic environment,it is necessary to redefine the essential connotation of digital supply chain transformation and upgrading and whole-link optimization from the perspective of open system,clarify the basic characteristics of the present stage,clearly identify the digital supply chain transformation and upgrading mode,and deeply understand the origin of the core elements of the current evolution form.The construction mechanism of the whole-link optimization of the digital supply chain is further sorted out.The first is the"new marketing+new brand"value-added mechanism:building a consumer value model and reshaping the value measurement standard of the digital supply chain.The second is the efficiency improvement mechanism of"new implementation+new finance":the whole-link optimization and efficiency improvement of the digital supply chain,and the inclusive finance for small and medium-sized enterprises.The third is the"new organization+new technology"empowerment mechanism:releasing business momentum through organizational change,and building the infrastructure capabilities of the digital supply chain.And this paper further puts forward the Chinese idea of realizing the path:accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the digital supply chain of"connection+intelligence"and"platform+ecology",comprehensively deepening the transformation and upgrading of the digital supply chain of the whole chain of key industries and traditional industries,comprehensively promoting the transformation and upgrading of the all-round digital supply chain of industrial clusters and industrial parks,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the digital supply chain in the construction of"promotion centers"and"cultivation projects",so as to gradually build an efficient and scientific digital supply chain system with Chinese characteristics to achieve high-quality economic development.
